Today we have Beefy Taco Cups!
A fun and easy way to eat tacos! I actually made these for our Superbowl dinner and served them with a layered dip. There is really no recipe, just a concept.

I love wonton wrappers.
I just put them in a mini cupcake pan that I sprayed with a non-stick spray.
Pop them in a 350 degree oven to toast for 5 minutes.

Then I filled them with my seasoned taco meat.
I used hamburger, but you could use what ever you like.
Chicken, shredded beef, shrimp, pork, it’s all good!

Pop them back into the oven for about 15 minutes till they get all warm and cozy.

Then dress them up with sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes, green onions, and olives.
Or whatever your little heart desires.
Serve and enjoy!
So tell me, what would you stuff in your wonton cups? I have more wrappers and would love to hear your suggestions!

Those look adorable Megan! I love how much details are in them. You’ve done a beautiful job as usual. This would make a prefect Valentines day treat!
Have a great weekend.
I love this idea. It’s like a much better form of nachos because no one gets stuck with the nachos underneath that didn’t get covered with cheese and all that good stuff!
I used to make crab wontons like this… I think it was canned crab meat, cream cheese, and scallions stirred together and baked in the wonton cups.
What a creative way to use wonton wrappers. These look like great little appetizers.
I love wonton wrappers too! Nice idea, they look yummy!
What a great idea, these look so good! I have a package of wonton wrappers in my fridge that isn’t earmarked for anything…until now!
Hope you have a wonderful Valentine’s Day too!
What a clever idea!
These look so appetising and a brilliant way to use wonton wrappers too. So refreshing to see these today after wall to wall chocolate and pink stuff! (Not that I’m complaining about that though)
For someone like me who doesn’t have much of a sweet tooth, I appreciate seeing something completely different for Valentine’s day! I LOVE wonton wrappers too so, it’s all good! Happy Valentine’s Day to you Megan!
Too cute! I know my husband would prefer red meat over chocolate any day
Wonton wrappers are so versitile! I bet a dollop of chocolate cake batter inside these and baked would make a quick dessert treat too!
Super cute cups!
Oh, I might have been expecting chocolate-who told you?
I like these better, though! Such a great idea.
I’ve got the chocolate–just posted on my blog. Chocolate Truffle Heart Cakes–divine!
I’ll trade you a cake or two for some of those taco cups. What a great idea.
I love those phyllo cups. And they are so low-cal, carb, etc.
those look might good as i sit here nibbling on my celery stick filled w/almond butter . . .
This would be my kind of filling too…I love this Megan! I’m all for small bites for my meals. I tend to eat less when I do that!

I’ve never used wonton wrappers but, I’ve done something similar — however, I think the wonton wrappers will give a crispier result! YUM
