Garlic Scape. I’ve never heard of it but now I will have to look. You put another new wrinkle in my brain. And these wontons look AH-mazing! Can’t wait to try them!

Oh Megan, you go girl. I've never made wontons but sure do like them. I think I'll try out your recipe. BTW, that garlic scape is amazing. I've never seen that at the grocers. I'll try and find some online.
